The Matco MegaJump2 was a straight forward design project. The goal was simply to update the exsting MegaJump lithium powered jump starer. It began with simple pen sketches until deciding on a form factor. A second round of ideation sketches were created to begin to add more details and features followed by 3D modeling and renderings to provide the client’s suppliers. MegaJump2 is now on the market after completing manufacturing and safety testing.
